Camp Get Wright

In this small-group class, we focus on full-body training for strength and athleticism for 4 WEEKS.

Each week will incorporate a combination of compound moves, unilateral moves, stability moves, and power movements. The goal with each session is to hit as many of the human primal movements as possible  in order to give you a complete session. You’ll get your heart rate up as well through dynamic movements involving speed ladders, jump ropes, medicine balls ect!

*BONUS*: You’ll get my Get Wright nutritional guideline AND 4 video workouts from me, one each week, that will reflect what we do together as a group to keep you on track in between sessions and through out the 4 weeks. If you don’t have access to a gym I have body weight workouts as a seperate option!

Expect a high energy atmosphere with fist bumps, high fives, and a little friendly competition 😉

the assessment

If you have never trained with me, there will be a 15 - 20 minute assessment done before you hop into the 4 week course to better understand the current state of your flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance.

weekly workouts

To keep you on track throughout the 4 weeks we spend together, each attendee will receive a workout through a Google Excel document TO COMPLETE ON THEIR OWN. This workout will reflect the same programming style (a combination of upper, lower, and full body movements) as in our group sessions so that you can adapt and get strong while we train together.

4 to 1 ratio

This is no typical group class. This is personal training with the support of a small team AROUND YOU. For every 4 students, there is 1 coach.

*This camp has a (4) person minimum and maximum. If the minimum is not met, the camp will not take place and each participant will receive a full refund. A confirmation will be sent to each participant upon receipt of payment

the workout

Strength exercises will be done in a circuit style complemented with stability, plyometric, and athletic movements to keep your heart rate up. The workout will include variations of all the human primal moves to get you and your body connected.
